SS-01 — Scoliosis Brace Liner with Axilla Flaps
The style most buyers start with, and the one most often specified for scoliosis braces. A seamless knit with a soft flap panel under each arm, exactly where the top edge of a TLSO tends to sit.

What it is
A seamless knit with a soft panel under each arm — the spot where the brace edge sits. Made to order from 200 pieces, under your label.
- Seamless circular knit — no side seam pressing into the ribcage.
- Axilla flap panels under both arms, knit in the same yarn as the body.
- Stretch knit construction that follows the torso and returns to shape.
- Dry-touch polyester or cotton option, so you can pick by climate.
- Machine washable — care conditions confirmed per fabric on the spec sheet.

Made for wear under a scoliosis brace
Scoliosis braces — TLSO shells in particular — press hardest at three points: the underarm, the lower ribs and the waist line. SS-01 is cut around those three points rather than around a generic vest pattern.
Underarm clearance
The flap panel sits where the upper edge of a TLSO crosses the armpit. It adds a soft layer there without adding bulk to the armhole opening.
Length and rise
Body length is set so the hem sits below the lower edge of the shell, so the brace does not ride on bare skin when the wearer sits down.
Grading for growing wearers
Adult S–XXL as standard, and a graded-down kids cut as SS-05. Size range is confirmed against your brace shells, not against a generic chart.
This is a garment, not a medical device. We describe what it is made of and how it is cut — not what it does for any condition.
SS-01 in detail
Four views: the women's fit in ivory and white, the men's fit in white, and the flap panel close up.
