Who we are
SpineShield (“we”, “us”) operates this website. It is the export brand of a family knitwear factory based in Suihua, Heilongjiang, China. If you have any question about this policy or about the information you sent us, email jasper@scoliosiswear.com.
What we collect
When you submit the enquiry form we collect the details you type in: your name, company, email address, country, product interest and the message you write. Our hosting provider also records standard technical data such as IP address, browser type and the time of submission, for security and spam prevention.
How we use it
Only to answer your enquiry and to follow up on a possible order — including sending you a quote, a spec sheet or a sample offer if you ask for one. We do not use your details for advertising, and we never sell or rent them to anyone.
Who can see it
SpineShield staff, and the email and hosting providers that deliver and store your message. We do not pass your details to any mill, dyehouse or contract partner unless you ask us to arrange a sample or an order, and even then only what is needed to make it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records only as long as we need them to answer you and to meet our legal obligations, and then we delete them. If you ask us to delete your enquiry sooner, we will do so unless we are required to keep it.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies, and there is no third-party analytics script on it. Hosting-level analytics, if enabled, are aggregated and do not identify you.
Your rights
You can email jasper@scoliosiswear.com at any time to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. If you are in the EU or the UK, you also have rights under the GDPR and UK GDPR, including the right to object to processing and the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
