Scoliosis brace liners, made to sit between the shell and the skin

We knit the layer that takes the friction a brace puts on skin — a liner, undershirt or bra-top, depending on what your market calls it. Women’s, men’s and kids’, in four fabrics and three sleeve lengths, made in our own workshop and supplied under your label.

What the garment changes for the wearer

Six things a knit layer can do under a brace — each one tied to a style we actually make, not to the whole range.

No side seam

The body is knitted in one tube, so there is no seam ridge pressed into the ribcage. Applies to the seamless styles.

Axilla flap panel

A soft panel under each arm, knitted in the same yarn as the body, where a brace edge rubs hardest.

Flat knitted edges

Neckline, armhole and hem are finished by knitting rather than folded and stitched, so the edge stays flat on skin.

Cups, or no cups at all

Women’s styles come with a sewn-in cup in pocket mesh, or with no padding anywhere. Same body, two versions.

Fine knit, moving air

A fine gauge lets air and moisture pass through the layer instead of trapping them. Ultralight is what we suggest for hot wards.

Stretch that returns

Every knit is stretched on the bench and released; what we check is whether it comes back to the same measurement.

Who we supply

We are a supplier, not a shop. Our garments go to companies that already sell or fit braces.

Brace brands & DTC sellers

Private label liners in your fabric, your colour and your size run, packed under your brand. We start with a paid sample set so you can check the knit against your own brace before committing.

Colour, size and padding are options on each style — one page covers every colourway, so you never land on a duplicate page for a different shade.

A workshop, not a trading desk

Knitting, sewing and logo embossing all happen under one roof, which is why a spec question comes back in a day instead of a week.

Years in knitwear

More than ten years of knitting and sewing behind the current range, run by the same family.

Pieces a month

Roughly fifteen thousand pieces of monthly capacity, planned per order rather than run to stock.

Embossing in-house

Your mark pressed into the knit here, not sent to an outside printer. One less party in the chain.

What a buyer checks first

Three things decide whether a layer works under a real brace. Two are construction; one is the fit at the underarm — and the underarm is the one you can see.

  • Axilla flap panelThe panel sits where a brace edge presses. It is knit in the same yarn as the body, so it moves with the garment instead of rubbing against it.
  • No side seamThe body is knitted as a tube, so there is no ridge running down the ribcage under the shell.
  • Bind-off edgesNeckline, armhole and hem are finished by knitting, not by folding and stitching a hem.

Base layers and padded tops

The same workshop also cuts and sews ribbed tops and camisoles with sewn-in cup padding, for base-layer labels and private-label programmes. Different construction, different buyer, one production calendar.

Before you write

The four questions that come up in almost every first email.

Do you sell single pieces?
No. We are a B2B supplier: 200 pieces per colour and size run, and single pieces only as paid samples.

How fast is a quote?
One business day, in writing, with fabric options and a lead-time window.

Can you match my size chart?
Yes — send your measurements or the brace shells you fit and we grade to that.

Are these medical devices?
No. They are garments. We describe what they are made of and how they are cut, not what they do for any condition.
