Products and use

What are these garments for?
They are thin knit tops worn between the skin and a spinal brace. The layer takes the friction that would otherwise sit on skin under the shell edge, the underarm and the ribcage.

Are they medical devices?
No. They are garments. We describe what they are made of and how they are cut, not what they do for any condition.

Do you sell to individuals?
No. We are a B2B supplier; the minimum order is 200 pieces per colour and size run. Single pieces are only available as paid samples.

Styles and fabrics

Which styles exist?
Women’s, men’s and kids’ collections; tank top, short sleeve and long sleeve; in seamless, ultralight, cotton and rib, with a brushed thermal fleece for winter long sleeves. Women’s styles come with or without built-in cups.

Which fabric should I choose?
Ultralight for hot clinics and summer, cotton for a softer hand, rib for a firmer stretch, seamless where a side seam is the problem, thermal fleece for winter. Tell us the climate and the brace type and we will narrow it down.

Do all fabrics come in all sleeve lengths?
No. We only list combinations we actually produce — the catalogue shows what exists rather than a full grid of possibilities.

Ordering

What is the minimum order?
200 pieces per colour and size run. Styles and sizes can be mixed inside the 200.

How long is production?
20 days from confirmed order and approved artwork. We give a written window rather than a single date.

Can I get a sample?
Yes. Paid samples in two sizes and more than one fabric, credited against your first order.

How do I know the size will fit?
Send your own size chart or the measurements of the brace shells you fit. We grade to that, not to a generic chart.

Shipping and payment

Which shipping terms do you quote?
FOB by default; CIF or door-to-door on request. Tell us the destination port or address and we will include freight in the quote.

What payment terms?
Confirmed per order with the quote. Ask for the terms in writing along with the price.

Which countries do you ship to?
We ship worldwide. We do not publish a count of countries we have exported to, because that number tells you nothing about your next order.

Customisation

Can you put my label in?
Yes — neck label, size label, care label, and logo embossing in-house, from 200 pieces.

Can you develop a new style?
Yes. Send a sample or a technical sketch; we quote sampling and tooling per project.
